Under the scientific guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought, various localities and departments have solidly promoted the construction of ecological civilization, adhered to the path of green, low-carbon and high-quality development, and continued to write a new chapter in the construction of a beautiful China in the new era.
Vigorously develop new productive forces and promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. Green development is the foundation of high-quality development. New productivity has the characteristics of high technology, high efficiency and high quality, and is itself green productivity. To develop new productive forces, we must adhere to the concept of green development and incorporate green and low-carbon requirements into the entire process and all aspects of high-quality development. Accelerate green technological innovation and the promotion and application of advanced green technologies, develop green and low-carbon industries and supply chains, and build a green and low-carbon circular economic system. Accelerate the development of ecological economy. The “Two Mountains” concept points out the direction for transforming resource advantages into development advantages. Northeast China has obvious location advantages in ice and snow resources. It can effectively develop the ice and snow economy as a new growth point and promote the development of the entire industry chain including ice and snow sports, ice and snow culture, ice and snow equipment, and ice and snow tourism. Rely on high-quality ecological resources to develop ecological agriculture, accelerate the application of green production technology, and strengthen the environmental protection and governance of agricultural product production areas; use the development advantages of agricultural industrial parks to extend the industrial chain.
