The successful holding of the second Zhengzhou-Luxembourg “Aerial Silk Road” International Cooperation Forum is not only a profound summary of the valuable experience of Henan-Luxembourg cooperation in the past 10 years, but also the continued promotion of opening-up in a deeper, wider and more comprehensive way in the next 10 years. The second is to promote cooperation in green and low-carbon fields. Aiming at carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, we will strengthen cooperation with EU green technology companies, actively promote the use of green and low-carbon technologies, build “zero-carbon routes” and build “low-carbon parks”. Leverage the advantages of Luxembourg as an international financial center, strengthen cooperation between Henan and Luxembourg in green cross-border investment and financing, financial product innovation and other fields, and provide financial support for green and low-carbon transformation. The third is to actively cultivate new growth points in international trade. Give full play to the spillover effect of the Zhengzhou-Luxembourg “Aerial Silk Road” international cooperation forum, carry out “Made in Henan” and “Henan Brand” overseas promotion activities, lead Henan enterprises to go overseas, and enhance Henan’s international influence.
