When meeting with Rwanda leaders, Ding Xuexiang said that China is willing to work with Rwanda to implement the important consensus reached by President Xi Jinping and Rwanda leaders, promote the sustained and healthy development of China-Rwanda relations, and benefit both countries and the two peoples. China hopes and believes that the new Rwanda government will continue to adhere to the one-China principle and maintain the political foundation of China-Rwanda relations.
Ding Xuexiang pointed out that China is promoting high-quality development and high-level opening up. China is willing to work with Rwanda to adhere to open cooperation, deepen complementarity of advantages, further consolidate cooperation in advantageous areas such as finance, steel, and air cargo, and accelerate the cultivation of green economy, aerospace, and high-tech. During his visit to Luxembourg, Ding Xuexiang also inspected the headquarters of Cargolux, the Science City of Belval, and visited teachers and students from the Confucius Institute at the University of Luxembourg.
